Relational Frame Theory thoroughly lays out the theory of Relational Frame Theory, the basic behavior analytic account of language and cognition that underlies ACT.  As a way to learn the detail of this theory, this book can’t be beat. But be warned, this is a hard read. Only for those truly dedicated to understanding ACT at a deep level. This book is worth reading after you’ve read several other ACT texts or are a researcher.
